About ICCSINS 2026

2026 International Conference on Computer Science and Intelligent Navigation Systems


The International Conference on Computer Science and Intelligent Navigation Systems (ICSINS 2026) will be held in Hangzhou from June 26 to 28, 2026. As artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and 5G technologies rapidly converge—propelling transformative advances in intelligent navigation systems—critical challenges emerge in algorithmic optimization, data security, and ethical frameworks.

This conference gathers global scholars, industry pioneers, and policy experts to establish a cross-disciplinary international exchange platform. Discussions will center on cutting-edge computer science topics, including ethical AI algorithms and the impact of quantum computing on navigation systems. Concurrently, the program will address pivotal domains in intelligent navigation, featuring in-depth explorations of high-precision positioning, multi-modal fusion, and path planning for autonomous vehicles.

Publication

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and submit to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
